Post for the 6th of August 2023 Departed the hotel, post breakfast with our luggage. Plan was to do the safari and then drive to Nairobi for our return flight that night. Well, we got our sightings here. White Two horned  Rhino Greater Flamingo Lesser Flamingo Rosthchild Giraffe Long Crested Eagle   The baby Rhino feeding. And, then baby Giraffe feeding !! We left Nakura at 1200, for Nairobi. Stopped at the halfway lunch resort to see if we had to give anybody a drop. So happened there was a Japanese girl heading that way. Got dropped at the Nairobi airport by 1700. And thru all required procedures by 1800. And, headed straight for a Bar & Grill we had discovered as we entered the country from India. Had a few beers, while waiting for our flight to Mumbai at 2000. The others had their last Kenyan meal for the trip. Got on board. Asked for a whiskey. Was served a French whiskey called Table 5. Not too bad. Slept well after dinner. Absolutely brilliant trip. Amazing days in Uganda a

  Post for the 5th of August 2023  We departed our resort in Masai Mara post early breakfast. The drive to Nakura was around 7 hours.  We had to drive thru the forest for about an hour before we exited from the Sekenani Gate towards Nakura. Nakura was the home to the two horned Rhino - the White and the Black. Both had been hunted so much that they were almost extinct. We stopped for lunch at a place which was full of safari vehicles. These vehicles came in and exchanged passengers. Given that one vehicle had the capacity for 6 passengers, and not every tourist group was of six people, and there were groups going to different tours, this was a fantastic arrangement. Stop for lunch. Exchange passengers. Drive on. We offloaded a Japanese pre school teacher, and fortunately, did not upload any one. As we were leaving post lunch, Geoffery offered to take us to Lake Naivasha, which was just 30 minutes off the road. It was an extra, which we had to pay for, but gave us the opportunity of a b
